represents approximately 1,500 acres and 1,700 property owners with a 93% commitment level of the total acreage represented.
Potential drill
sites have been identified to service the DAGG acreage, but these are still in the process of being secured. - John Broude of Broude, Smith &
Jennings, PC serves as legal counsel for DAGG and prepared the proposed "DAGG Lease" which was sent out to
gas companies with a Request for Solicitation. John is a veteran oil and gas attorney with over 25 years of experience
and serves on the Environmental Defense Board.
- Members of the DAGG Negotiating Committee continue to follow up with gas companies
who have expressed an interest in the DAGG acreage and pinpoint other companies who might have interest in DAGG.
Volunteers are working to
