NETGLO (Keller, NRH and Colleyville group) voted in February, 2010 to accept a Chesapeake lease offer for $5,250/acre and 25% royalty with 95% of the 1,591 residents voting in favor.

 

Titan/Caffey finalized a deal with Bedford Colleyville Mineral Rights Coalition (5,000 acres) for $25,000/acre and 25.5% royalty on September 28th - Lease signings suspended as of October 18th.

                                                                           

Vantage Energy agreed to a deal with Southwest Fort Worth Alliance (8,000 acres) the first week of September for a signing bonus of $27,500/acre and 23% royalty - Lease offer rescinded as of October 14th. 

                                                                                                           

Sunshine Group in Southlake reached an agreement with Chesapeake on August 6th for $22,500/acre. 

             

CAMRA (Colleyville) finalized a deal with Titan/Caffey for $25,000/acre and 25.5% royalty on August 4th.  

      

360 Northwest Coalition (Grapevine/Euless) inked $23,500/acre deal with Chesapeake. 

                                

Shady Lane Group (Southlake/Grapevine) agreed to sign with Chesapeake for $22,500/acre.

                                                             

White Chapel Corridor Group (Southlake) finalized a deal with Chesapeake for $22,500/acre and 25% royalty and XTO countered with $24,000/acre.

                    

Southlake East Corridor Coalition finalized an agreement with XTO for $20,000/acre and 25% royalty.

              

Record signing bonus:  Lake Worth Group in Ft. Worth offered $30,000/acre and 25.25% royalty by Chesapeake on August 5th. 

                                                                                                                                    

Record royalty:  Great Meadowbrook Task Force in Ft. Worth signed a five year lease for $25,000/acre with 26.5% royalty.
